Navigating our climate emotions together 3:00-4:00pm AEST | 1:00-2:00pm AWST | 2:30-3:30pm ACST Tuesday 12 August As often acknowledge in our Climate cafes, working in the climate space in councils can be tough going at times, and can have an impact on our wellbeing - emotionally, socially and psychologically. This will be a structured webinar with Psychology for a Safe Climate, open to all council employees and councillors, to guide us through the intersection of mental health and climate change. We will delve into climate emotions, and build shared language and skills that support mutual understanding. We’ll focus on the importance of connecting with others at this critical time for action, exploring the links between emotional expression, group connection and resilience.
